This privacy policy ("the Policy") describes how Joba24 collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information collected from users of the platform. Use of the platform constitutes consent to the collection and processing of information as described in this Policy. Terms: • "The platform" — the Joba24 app, website, communication systems, matching services, rating system, WorkerTracker, and any accompanying service or feature • "The user" — any person using the platform • "Personal information" — any information that identifies or may identify a specific person

We collect the following types of information: 2.1 — Information You Provide • Full name • Email address • Phone number • ID number • ID photo (for verification) • Profile photo • Profession / field of work description • Internal chat message content 2.2 — Automatically Collected Information • Real-time location data (when using WorkerTracker) • Device type and operating system • IP address • Usage data (pages viewed, actions taken) • Device identifier 2.3 — Third-Party Information • Google login data (when logging in with Google) • Payment data from Tranzila (when topping up balance — we do not store credit card details)

The collected information is used for the following purposes: • Creating and managing user accounts • Identity verification and maintaining community safety • Matching tasks between posters and workers • Communication between users via internal chat • Real-time worker tracking (WorkerTracker) • Sending notifications (push, email) • Processing payments for balance top-ups • Preventing fraud, spam, and fictitious activity • Analysis and service improvement (analytics) • Compliance with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. Information sharing occurs only in the following cases: 4.1 — Service Providers • Tranzila — payment processing • Firebase — push notifications • MapBox — map and location services • Google Cloud — hosting and infrastructure These providers are bound by confidentiality and may not use the information for other purposes. 4.2 — Between Users • Username and profile photo are visible to other users • Contact phone is revealed only to the approved worker • Worker location is shared with the poster only during an active task 4.3 — Legal Obligation • In case of a legal requirement, court order, or regulatory obligation • In case of fraud investigation or criminal activity

The platform uses real-time location for: • Tracking a worker during a task • Calculating estimated arrival time (ETA) • Displaying a route • Improving the user experience and trust in the platform Location data sharing: • Is performed only during an active task • Is shared only with the task poster • Stops immediately upon task completion Location permissions can be revoked, but some services may not be available.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information: • Data encryption in transit and at rest (TLS/SSL) • Restricted access to sensitive information for authorized staff only • Active monitoring of suspicious activity • Secure backups However, no security system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We retain your personal information for the period required for the purposes for which it was collected: • Account data — for the duration of the account • Transaction data — 7 years (per legal requirements) • Chat data — for the period required for fraud prevention • Location data — deleted immediately upon task completion • ID photo — kept for verification and deleted after verification After account closure, we retain identifying information to prevent the creation of duplicate or previously blocked accounts.

In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5772-2017: The user has the right to: • Know what information is stored about them • Request access to the information • Request correction of incorrect information • Request deletion of information (subject to legal obligations) • Withdraw consent to information collection Requests should be sent in writing to: hello@joba24.com Processing time for requests: up to 30 days from the date of the request.

The platform uses cookies and similar technologies for: • User identification and maintaining login state • Remembering preferences • Analytics and service improvement • Fraud prevention Cookies can be disabled in browser settings, but some services may not function properly.

The platform is intended for users aged 16 and over only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16. If we become aware that information has been collected from a minor under 16, we will delete it immediately.

We may update the privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be published in the app or sent via email. Continued use of the platform after the policy is updated constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
