Terms of Use – Joba24

Joba24 is a technological platform connecting people who need help or task execution ("task posters") with people who want to perform tasks ("workers"). The platform enables, among other things: • Posting jobs with a description, price, location, and photos/video • Manual applications with a personal message • Communication between users via internal chat • Real-time worker tracking (WorkerTracker) • Status updates (on the way / arrived / in progress / done) • Manual or instant approval of applications • Ratings, reviews, and trust metrics • Location-, category-, and availability-based matching • Stories for increased exposure • Boost to increase job visibility Joba24 is not: • An employer • A staffing agency • A brokerage • A contractor • Or a party to any agreement between users All arrangements are made directly between the users only.

All payments for a job are made directly between the poster and the worker, outside the platform. Supported payment methods (chosen by the poster at posting time): • Cash • Bit • PayBox Joba24: • Does not process payments • Does not hold funds • Does not provide escrow services • Does not guarantee payment • And is not responsible for financial disputes between users After the worker marks "I'm Done" and the client confirms completion — the parties are asked to confirm that payment was made when submitting the rating. Confirming "the work was completed to my satisfaction" is a prerequisite for submitting a review. The responsibility for agreeing on payment terms, executing them, and confirming them rests solely with the users.

Use of the platform is permitted for users: • Aged 18 and over only • With legal capacity to enter agreements • Who provide correct and accurate information upon registration Joba24 may require phone verification, identity verification, or any additional verification at its discretion.

Users commit to: • Act in good faith and honestly • Provide truthful and accurate information • Not post fake jobs • Not defraud other users • Not harass, threaten, or harm users • And not misuse the platform Workers commit to: • Apply only to jobs they intend to perform • Update status in real time (on the way / arrived / in progress / done) • Arrive on time • Perform the job professionally • Take a reference photo upon completion when required Job posters commit to: • Post an accurate and complete description of the job • Choose a verified location only from the suggestions list • Communicate clearly in the internal chat • Confirm completion within a reasonable time after the worker marks "I'm Done" • Pay the worker as agreed between them

The platform operates a ratings and trust system to maintain a quality and safe community. The system may include: • Ratings • Reviews • Trust metrics • Warning tags • Task history • And various trust statuses The trust score may decrease in cases of: • Repeated cancellations • No-show for a task • Payment complaints • Abusive behavior • Posting fake tasks • Or consistent lack of response Joba24 may: • Limit • Suspend • Or block users who harm the trust and safety of the community.

Some features on the platform use real-time location for: • Tracking a worker during a task • Calculating estimated arrival time (ETA) • Displaying a route • And improving the user experience and trust in the platform By using these features, the user agrees to temporary sharing of location data during an active task. Location permissions can be revoked, but some services may not be available.

After a task ends, the parties may rate and review each other. Users commit to: • Provide a genuine and fair rating • Not publish false information • And not manipulate the rating system Joba24 may remove reviews that include: • Abusive content • Threats • Discrimination • Spam • Or misleading information

Late cancellations and no-shows harm community trust. A poster who cancels a job after a worker has already set out may receive: • A lowered trust score • A warning tag • Or usage restrictions on the platform A worker who marked "On My Way" (ON_THE_WAY) via WorkerTracker but did not actually arrive may be penalized accordingly. The client can activate a "no-show report" that affects the worker's trust score. At the end of each job, both parties are required to confirm completion and payment before submitting a rating. Cancellation disputes involving a worker who has already updated an active status will be reviewed at Joba24's discretion.

Some actions on the platform use Jobas — your virtual work balance on Joba24. Ways to earn Jobas: • Signup bonus for every new user • Loyalty reward for completing consecutive tasks • Full refund when an application is not approved or the task is cancelled/expired • Balance top-up via packages or subscription Uses of Jobas: • Applying for a task — Jobas move to commitment and return if you're not selected • Boosting a task — for increased feed exposure • Story for a task — exposure in the Stories bar at the top of the feed (10 Jobas) Joba24 may change Joba prices, consumption mechanisms, packages, and related features at any time. Jobas: • Have no monetary value • Cannot be transferred • And are not refundable for cash unless stated otherwise

9a.1 — General Topping up your Joba balance on the Joba24 platform constitutes a digital transaction for purchasing virtual content for use within the platform. 9a.2 — Right to Cancel a Transaction In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 5771-2010: • A balance top-up transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the purchase date, provided no use has been made of the purchased Jobas. • A transaction in which partial use of the purchased Jobas has been made — may only be partially cancelled, in proportion to the unused Jobas. • Cancellation of a transaction must be in writing only, by contacting customer service at: hello@joba24.com 9a.3 — Free Jobas Jobas given as a signup bonus, loyalty reward, referral code, activity reward, or in any other form without monetary consideration — cannot be cancelled, converted to cash, transferred to another account, or redeemed in any way. 9a.4 — Cash Refund for Cancellation • A cash refund will be given only for Jobas purchased with direct monetary consideration that were not used. • The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase, within 14 business days of the cancellation approval date. • Joba24 will deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price from the cash refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations. • No refund will be given for Jobas that were used, even partially, for submitting applications, task upgrades, Boost signals, or any other internal use. 9a.5 — Cancellation Due to Technical Failure If Jobas were deducted due to a technical failure that was documented and approved by Joba24, a full refund of the improperly deducted Jobas will be given, at no cost. 9a.6 — Account Closure Upon closure of a user account, whether at the user's initiative or due to a breach of the terms of use, all accumulated Jobas — whether purchased or granted — will expire and will not be refunded, unless the user submitted a cancellation request as set out in section 9a.2 before the account was closed.

Joba24 does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. There may be: • Disruptions • Delays • Changes • Or temporary shutdowns without prior notice

Users engage and interact with other users at their own personal responsibility. Joba24 does not conduct full background checks on all users, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users are responsible for exercising judgment and caution when: • Meeting in person • Entering properties • Handling equipment • Or any interaction outside the platform In emergencies, contact the relevant emergency services.

Subject to applicable law, Joba24, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any: • Direct or indirect damage • Financial loss • Fraud • Non-payment • Injury • Theft • Dispute • Data loss • Or any other damage Arising from the use of the platform or from arrangements between users. Use of the platform is provided "AS IS."

Joba24 may, at its discretion: • Suspend • Limit • Or permanently block Accounts involved in: • Fraud • Spam • Fictitious activity • System abuse • Breach of terms • Or behavior that endangers other users

All rights in the platform, including: • Design • Code • Logo • Systems • Algorithms • And content Belong exclusively to Joba24. No copying, distribution, scraping, duplication, or commercial use is permitted without written consent.

Use of the platform is also subject to Joba24's privacy policy. The user agrees to the collection and processing of information required for: • Account management • Matching • Security • Notifications • Analytics • And service improvement

Joba24 may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute shall be the competent courts in Israel.
